Audit & Governance Committee

The Audit & Governance Committee meets three times a year and additional meetings may be called at other times if required. Agendas and papers for all formal meetings are published 5 clear working days before the meeting. Draft minutes are published within 10 working days of a meeting (they are subject to change until approved at the following meeting). Final minutes are published within 10 clear working days of being approved.
