Business Rate Relief - MDC

Middlesbrough Development Corporation is granted the power to grant Discretionary Relief from Non Domestic Business Rates (also known as Business Rates) within the Development Corporation area.

Please note no further applications will be considered for discretionary relief in the 2025/2026 financial year. Applications are due to be reopened April 2026.
