Supporting Rural Communities via Local Arts, Cultural, Heritage and Creative Activities
Are you a community organisation looking for capital funding to bring a project to life that would benefit your rural community in Redcar & Cleveland? If so, we could help. The Rural Fund provides capital grants of between £3k and £15k for local arts, cultural, heritage and creative activities. In Tees Valley, the Rural Fund can only be used to finance capital projects in defined eligible rural areas* of Redcar and Cleveland.
Up to five artists/artist collectives will be selected as Tees Valley Artists of the Year 2024 and invited to take part in the talent accelerator programme.
Tees Valley Combined Authority has launched a new Call to strengthen and support the start-up and scale-up of micro, small and medium size businesses, across Tees Valley.
TVCA has launched a new challenge fund to establish new or scale-up existing festivals / events that celebrate The Great Outdoors.
Rural England Prosperity Funding: ROUND ONE NOW CLOSED
The Rural England Prosperity Fund (otherwise referred to as the “Rural Fund”) is a capital grant programme integrated into the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
There has been a high level of demand for funding in round 1 and the grant panel, with oversight from the Tees Valley Business Board, are working hard to complete the assessment and scoring of applications.
As previously stated, any future funding opportunities would only be available if the fund had not been fully committed in earlier funding rounds; subject to the volume and value of eligible applications received and approved, funding may have been fully committed in the first round. Once the assessment and scoring process has been completed we will provide an update on any plans to launch future funding rounds.
