Help to Grow: Management, delivered by Teesside University International Business School, is a 90% government-subsidised leadership programme designed to help senior leaders grow their businesses with more confidence and capability. Delivered over 12 weeks by expert facilitators and business practitioners, the programme combines peer learning with one-to-one mentoring and costs just £750 per participant. Eligible businesses must have between 5 and 249 employees.
