Middlesbrough Community Learning (MCL) is Middlesbrough Council’s adult learning and skills service, offering a wide range of programmes for residents and employers. Provision includes apprenticeships, adult learning, functional skills (English and maths), ESOL, the Multiply numeracy programme and employability support, making MCL a practical workforce development partner for businesses in the town and wider area.
