The CITB Skills and Training Fund provides additional financial incentives for registered construction businesses to invest in workforce training across a wide range of CITB-eligible activities, including apprenticeships, bespoke construction skills programmes and leadership and management training. Businesses must be CITB-registered, up to date with levy payments and meet SME criteria to access the fund.
