Aspiring Leadership Programme

Want to step into management or sharpen your leadership skills? This four-day course gives you real tools to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results. You’ll work with Neil Schneider, whose track record speaks for itself – having guided thousands of new and emerging leaders across the Tees Valley and wider North East. 

Neil brings real-world leadership experience from his time as Chief Executive of Stockton Borough Council, where he led major regeneration projects and organisational change. His practical approach focuses on the challenges leaders face daily, from managing difficult conversations to building high-performing teams.
