Building to Scale

This workshop is designed to help participants prepare for the challenges of scaling a startup. Attendees will learn how to build scalable systems and processes, select the right tech stack for growth, and identify key metrics and KPIs for success. By the end of the session, participants will have drafted a tailored scale-up plan with a focus on operations and technology.
