Customer Discovery and Validation

This workshop focuses on the critical process of understanding a target audience and validating a business idea. Participants will explore customer discovery methods, prototyping, testing, and validation techniques. Through hands-on activities, they’ll refine their Business Model Canvas (BMC) using insights gained from conducting five customer interviews.

Support is fully funded for businesses based in Tees Valley through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, subject to eligibility and suitability checks
