The Tees Valley: Securing Investment events programme continues on Tuesday 25th June at the CPI Offices in Darlington with the next workshop focusing on how to gain traction for your business.
The Access to Finance specialists will take you through two interactive workshops, looking in depth at ‘Business Model Development’ and ‘Market Traction.’
There will be plenty of time for questions and networking with like-minded businesses in the room.
Take a look at each workshop and what you will gain from signing up:
Business and Sales Model Development:
This workshop focuses on defining key components of the business and sales models, identifying revenue streams, formulating pricing strategies, establishing cost structures, and documenting the business model.
Market Traction:
This workshop includes defining metrics for market traction, developing a market entry strategy, launching the product, monitoring market response, and validating market traction with solid metrics.
After completion of this event we will invite you onto the next event in the series, Your route to a robust investment opportunity, taking place on Wednesday 10th July.
More details about the programme
We have launched a new programme set to enable hundreds more businesses in the Tees Valley to navigate the funding landscape and secure the finance they need to grow.
Tees Valley Securing Investment has received £880,000 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund as part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s UKSPF Programme of support.
The programme will address the long-standing barriers facing the region’s businesses in accessing money by connecting enterprises with investors and funds.
Increasing the range of funding on offer to businesses through access to the Northern Investor Hub, businesses can also access bespoke one-to-one support, in-depth workshops and an online training programme – all designed to improve investment readiness.
Open to businesses and socially trading enterprises operating across the Tees Valley Combined Authority area, the programme is led by innovation finance specialists and business support providers Innovation SuperNetwork, in partnership with Smarta, CPI Enterprises & Edge Innovation.
