Tees Valley is home to wide labour pool, with particular strengths in the professional service sector. Currently over 35,000 people in the area are employed in the sector, which is 1.3% higher than the national average. Salaries for professional services roles are also around 15% less than the national average, meaning you get the skilled workforce you need, at a much lower cost.
