This Programme is funded through the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, a partnership between TVCA and the Department for Work and Pensions. We are required to share information about your participation in the programme with the Department for Work and Pensions and the lead Local Authority. We will use the information provided in this form or given to us while you are funded by this programme for the purposes of managing and monitoring the programme and providing reports.
