Why Apprenticeships?

Did you know? 90% of apprentices go on to a job or further education.

By supporting an apprentice, businesses can help build the confidence, skills, and knowledge of a young person, while helping to kickstart their career.

In return, training and investing in apprentices brings a wide range of business benefits. Whether that’s through filling skills gaps, bringing fresh insights and ideas, or upskilling and revitalising the workforce to make sure businesses are ready for the future.

Here in Tees Valley, apprentices are playing an increasingly important role in local industry, helping to meet the needs of a growing and rapidly changing economy.
