A date has been set for a popular annual showcase to help businesses tap into support and benefit from emerging major projects across our region.

The annual Tees Valley Supply Chain Showcase will take place at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield on 12 February.

Those attending will be able to hear from leaders on projects throughout Tees Valley and engage with industry leaders and key players in the wider supply chain.

A stakeholder and provider village is also primed to show the depth of expertise and support available to businesses based here.

Key speakers for the event include Tees Valley Lithium & JDR Cable Systems, part of the TFKable Group, with a final list to be unveiled shortly.

Popular “Meet the Buyer” sessions featuring ten-minute meetings with pitches and advice will also return in 2026.

Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen said: “Save the date. This showcase is your chance to see the huge range of support on offer for businesses across our region.

“Every time we bring our innovators and suppliers together, good things happen. This event will show exactly how our companies can push on, win new work and back each other to grow. I want as many businesses as possible in the room, ready to make the most of the opportunities coming their way.

“We’ve laid the foundation for big global employers to come to Teesside, Darlington and Hartlepool but we need to ensure our lifeblood local businesses get the support they need to reap the benefits from these huge developments.”

The Tees Valley Supply Chain offers personalised support from advisors and specialists to help firms address supply chain challenges – and link them with world-leading firms in the region as well as the local and national business community.

Delivered by RTC North on behalf of Tees Valley Combined Authority, the programme also offers fully funded support to help businesses diversify and access wider opportunities.

Jim Barr, Tees Valley Supply Chain Programme Manager at RTC North, said: “We’re delighted to once again bring this unique multi sector showcase to the beneficiaries of the Tees Valley region.

“We look forward to connecting the businesses and stakeholders and encouraging them to take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to help grow and diversify your product/service offering. We hope you all find it both a rewarding experience and valuable opportunity for your businesses, and we look forward to engaging with everyone on the day.”

The programme is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
