As part of the Enterprise Zone and the South Tees Development Corporation site, the Local Growth Fund supported the construction of a new roundabout on Dockside Road to connect the main highway to South Bank Wharf. This will allow the site to be accessed for a range of markets in energy and decommissioning. It also unlocks the neighbouring Prairie Site for supply chain businesses to locate. This is the first phase of infrastructure to unlock development on site.
