Spectacular fireworks to bring memories to last a lifetime are on their way across our region to mark the lead up to Bonfire Night. Here’s a pick of where you can enjoy some stunning displays and pyrotechnics.
Hartlepool Fireworks and Music Spectacular
Seaton Carew Promenade
Friday, 8 November, 4:00pm onwards
There will be a range of entertainment, including music and dance, before the evening concludes with Hartlepool Borough Council’s spectacular organised display.
Starting at 4.30pm from the Clock Tower on the seafront, there will be a children’s fairground, plus a sparkling line-up of entertainment on the nearby main stage from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, hosted by Amy Oakden from BBC Radio Tees.
On the bill will be singer Faye Aspinall, girl group Pink Lemonade, music from dynamic local duo Pek and Wanley plus a laugh-a-minute special appearance by the cast of Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre’s upcoming Christmas family pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk.

Saltburn Cricket Club
Marske Mill Lane, Saltburn
Friday, November 1
The cricket club’s yearly display gets going on Friday, 1 November. The display is scheduled to start at 7.30pm with gates to open at 5.30pm.

Gates to this annual display open at 4pm at Middleton St George Cricket & Social Club, Darlington, DL2 1JQ. Tickets are £6 each. Book here
Hartlepool Rugby Club
Mayfield Park, Easington Road
Tuesday, 5 November
Expected to light up the night above Mayfield Park, this display will take place on Tuesday, 5 November, with gates opening at 5.30pm and the display starting at 7pm. Payment is on the gate at £1 for Under 16s, £2 for Adults and £5 for a family of four.
Thornaby Cricket Club
Acklam Road, Mandale Bottoms
Saturday, 2 November
As well as the pyrotechnics, there’ll be food, drinks, rides from 5pm with the display taking place at 7.30pm. Tickets for adults are £5 while tickets for under 16s cost £4. Toddlers under 3 go free.
Acklam Rugby Club
Saltersgill Avenue, Middlesbrough
Tuesday, November 5
Talbot Park will host fireworks at 7pm. Tickets on sale from clubhouse bar and on the gates on the evening itself. Refreshments and food are available on the night, with tickets priced at £7 for Adults, Children at £4 with Under 5s going free, and a family ticket priced at £20 for two adults and three children.
Guisborough Cricket Club
Rectory Lane, Guisborough
Saturday, November 2
The club’s annual firework display comes on Saturday, 2 November. The gates open at 5pm while the fireworks start at 7:30pm. There’s plenty to do before the rockets go off with fairground rides, food and a fully licensed bar. Entry for adults is £6 while entry for children is £4. Tickets are available from the Cricket Club Bar and Guisborough Books.
Stockton Fireworks
Tuesday, 5 November
The Grangefield Ground, Grangefield Road
Stockton Cricket Club will host their displays at the Grangefield Ground with gates open from 4.30pm. There will be two displays including a “Pyro Musical”. Entry tickets for adults are £6, Children are £4 and toddlers cost £1.
Nunthorpe and Marton Recreational Club
Guisborough Road, Nunthorpe
Friday, 1 November
The event will take place on Friday, 1 November, at 6pm. Tickets are £6 per person or £20 for a family of four. They can be purchased from the bar. Fairground rides, food stalls, and bars selling alcohol and soft drinks will all feature.
Redcar Rugby Club
Mackinlay Park, Redcar
Saturday, 2 November
Featuring a Disney theme, the popular fireworks display is back at Redcar Rugby Club on Saturday, 2 November – with gates opening at 5.30pm and a 7.30pm display. Tickets are £7 for adults and £4 for children and concessions. A family ticket will cost £15. More information on the rugby club’s Instagram page.
Eaglescliffe Fireworks
Wass Way, Eaglescliffe
Friday, 1 November
Yarm Rugby Club host their display by Illumination Pyrotechnics on Friday, 1 November, from 5.30pm. A hog-roast, drinks and snacks are available with tickets at £6 for adults and £3 for children.
Middlesbrough Rugby Club
Green Lane, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough
Tuesday, 5 November
The fireworks start at 6.30pm. Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for children. Visitors can also purchase tickets on the door at £8 for adults and £5 for children. Tickets are on sale behind the bar now.
Marton Cricket Club
Stokesley Road, Marton
Friday, 1 November
The bar opens at 5pm, and the display is set for 7.15pm .

Darlington Railway Athletic Sports & Social Club
Brinkburn Road
Sunday, 3 November
The RA’s display takes place at 7.30pm with tickets at £6 for non-members and £5 for club members.
