Darlington Dance Festival (11 May)
If you love to boogie, don your dancing shoes and head down to Darlington Marketplace on Saturday, 11 May where local community groups and dance schools will be taking part in a mass dance at the popular Darlington Dance Festival.
Alongside the big group dance, there’ll be plenty of other dance acts to see on the Market Square stage and street food to enjoy.

SeaScapes: Sea Watch Social Hartlepool Headland (22 June)
A fantastic opportunity to spot mammals including dolphins, porpoises, whales and seals off Hartlepool’s coast. Learn how you can get involved by training to become a citizen scientist and help us to preserve and then protect them for future generations.
The project is part of a national survey carried out by Wildlife Trust across the UK. You do not need to have any experience of survey work or marine ecology, as there will be experts on hand to assist you.
