The best thing about delivering SUP is that it’s makes people laugh, learn new paddling skills and builds confidence for those who are a little nervous about this pursuit. We have been operating in venues across the North York Moor National Park for over 4 years. We have intimate detail of all the best spots and love to show people what is on offer in this beautiful part of England. For those who wish to develop further in this activity we offer lessons in SUP surfing, yoga, improver skills, fitness programmes and adventures & ‘back to nature’ retreats.
We are an accredited SUP school (Academy of Surf Instructors) which means you will get professional and safe tuition. We provide the board, insurance and wetsuits. We have had over 500 people come to us and not one has failed to stand up on our boards.
If you want to relax, detox from technology or just smile for a while then this is for you. Ten years old is our minimum age and there is no maximum. If you can swim a minimum of 50 metres then you are in. Otherwise, SUP is an entirely accessible activity which is healthy, easy and fun. What are you waiting for?
