The Teesdale Way connects Hurworth-on-Tees and Middleton One Row with a journey dubbed ‘between two fountains’. The journey begins at the King George V commemorative fountain in Hurworth and winds through the historic village of Neasham and the iconic Sockburn Hall – home to Viking artifacts and the legendary Sockburn Worm. After a picturesque walk, the route ends at a public fountain near the Devonport Hotel in Middleton One Row.
