The Teesdale Way connects Stockton-on-Tees to South Bank on Teesside. As the trail follows the river, it is all on tarmac or well-consolidated routes without a single stile or gate. Along the way, you can enjoy the scenery of the International White Water Centre, Tees Barrage, Portrack Marsh Nature Reserve, Tees Newport Bridge, Teessaurus Park, Dock Clock Tower, Temenos, and Middlesbrough FC’s Riverside Stadium.
