Teesmouth Bird Club

The Teesmouth Bird Club was founded in 1960 and is the recognised authority on the birds of the former County of Cleveland. The Club is active in bird protection and mounts objections to developments that it considers will have adverse effects on our local birdlife.  It is also consulted by developers and planners on bird matters.
Anyone can become a member and benefit from monthly meetings, trips to birdwatching areas and guided walks, featuring stunning scenery from across Tees Valley. Beginning to birdwatch? The experts at Teesmouth Bird Club will provide you with plenty of useful information, a welcome pack and even a personal tour of bird sites!  Meetings are from September to April on the first Monday of each month and are held at Stockton Library starting at 7.30pm, with tea and coffee from 7pm.
