Beginning as a retail website, Whoray established a loyal following who praised the quality of our service delivery, and the high level of our customer care.
They have successfully translated those standards to our Town Centre store. The shop has been designed to appeal to a very broad demographic, we blend ethnic, contemporary and retro goods with Harry Potter, Dr Who, Star Wars and other sci-fi & film-related merchandise. The business branding and shop interior is intended to be simultaneously contemporary and have ‘retro’ appeal.
They carefully select their merchandise to provide bright colours, both nostalgic and futuristic images, and a wide variety of textures and fragrances. They even provide a customer sofa to give both temporary respite from the hustle and bustle of the High Street so that customers can ‘make themselves feel at home’. Whoray is fully accessible with lots of room for prams and pushchairs to navigate with ease.
