Young Producers (ages 16-25)

Young Producers is a group for 16-25s who would like to learn how to put on a music-related event at Middlesbrough Town Hall with guidance from industry experts.

Have you ever watched a live gig and thought “who makes this happen?”

Ever seen a DJ playing to a crowd and wondered “who puts this together, can I do that?”

Or do you have mates with a band who can’t get to play anywhere?

If you’re an emerging artist longing for exposure or a tech minded enthusiast looking to see how things work in the real world or even an outgoing person with something to give, this is your chance to shine as a Young Producer!

With the guidance of industry specialists, you have the opportunity to plan, create and execute a performance of your choice at the finest concert venue in town at your disposal.

Learn industry standard skills to move onto a career in the music/arts/ creative sector and how entertainment venues work behind the scenes!

Young Producers runs on Mondays each week during term time from 5pm-6.30pm. We welcome new members at any time.
Financial support is available to support access needs. For enquiries about the sessions, please email [email protected]
