Having appeared over the last 5 years with his other classics, A Christmas Carol, Under Milk Wood and A Child’s Christmas In Wales, Olivier Award winner, no brings his globally acclaimed solo adaptation of George Orwell’s allegorical epic, Animal Farm.
Famed for bringing multiple characters to vivid life, Masterson now gives us Snowball, Napoleon, Squealer, Boxer, Clover, Mollie, Benjamin, Muriel, Sheep, Dogs, Cows, Hens and of course a cat in a riveting, spellbinding physical performance that will shock and enchant, bewitch and bewilder, and linger long in the memory, Masterson rings out Orwell’s prescient warning that politicians through the ages – and of all creeds and colours – will often let power corrupt them… and sometimes corrupt them absolutely… and his timeless warning still holds true…
