What? 750m open water swim, 20km closed road cycle, 5km run
A Triathlon consist three disciplines, swimming, cycling, and running in consecutive order.
Events cover various distances set out by the governing body Triathlon England and competitors race against peers in their age category.
Taking part in a triathlon is achievable for everyone with practice. Keep checking back for small scale events and go tri activities on the lead up to Big Lime.
