In a couple of hours, we’ll cover the basics so you can fix common cycle maintenance issues. No previous knowledge required.
The course will teach you:
• Puncture repairs
• Adjusting brakes and gears
• Safety checking all components
• Cleaning and general care for your bike
The course runs from 11am – 1pm at Friends Community Hub on Skinnergate. It’s fairly informal, and while there’s a lot to fit in in a short time, we’re open to questions throughout. It’s best to bring your own bike to work on, but if you can’t then you’re welcome to use one of ours.
