Our intermediate bike rides are a fun, supportive way to go further with your cycling and explore new parts of the Darlington area. By attending these intermediate rides, you can:
• Gain confidence and become comfortable at riding further distances
• Learn skills and information to keep you safe on a bike on different types of roads
• Discover nice traffic-free riding routes in the area
• Build up your fitness and stamina
• Meet people who are also interested in cycling
We have up to 10 good-quality bikes and helmets you can use for the ride if you don’t have your own. As always, everything we offer is free of charge.
Rides take place every Tuesday at 10am, and will usually last around 1.5 hours (with as many breaks as we need!). We also like to occasionally go to a café during the ride or afterwards for a nice chat, which is completely optional.
