We’re thrilled to announce the return of our guided trail runs for 2025. Mark your calendars for Sunday, 23rd March and Sunday, 4th May and get ready to explore peaceful and accessible trails in a supportive and energetic atmosphere.
Led by experienced coaches Georgie and Neil, these runs are perfect for runners who want to boost their fitness, visit a new area, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
What to Expect:
* Distance: Approximately 7 miles
* Requirements: Please ensure you’re comfortable running 6 miles in 70 minutes.
* Start Time: 9:30 AM
* Warm-Up & Cool-Down: Each session includes a guided warm-up and cool-down to help you stay injury-free.
* Refreshments: Provided after the run to keep you energized.
Cost: £10 per person
