UK friends come and join us for some trail running fun this winter.
Lets unite and celebrate the change in season by coming together to boost our moods and warm ourselves up with some fun trail running adventures.
Over three weekends in October, November and December we will leading trail running sessions which will include a warm up and cool down and refreshments afterwards.
The trail runs will take place on;
Sunday 20th October – 9.30am in Teesdale – BOOK HERE
Sunday 17th November 9.30am in Guisborough and
Sunday 15th December 9.30am in North Yorkshire.*
Each run will be approximately 7miles and there will be two groups to suit fitness levels. Everyone is welcome – we don’t have a set trail pace as the purpose of this is to embrace the autumn / winter days together and keep run fit without any pressure.
£10 per session or £25 for all three. Please email us to sign up and pay for all three.
*precise locations will be sent out with full instructions once you have signed up.
