The nearby restaurants, pubs, supermarket and shops provide plenty to enjoy and explore. You’re not far from Saltburn with its beautiful pier extensions, funicular train and the beach, walk along the promenade of multi-coloured beach huts or paddle along the shore.

Stepping into the property, you will find yourself in the lounge area within the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, you’ll instantly feel at home. The beautifully furnished lounge with comfy sofa and a Smart TV with Sky Essential package, offering in-house entertainment, is the perfect place to relax for a cosy night in. There is also space for dining in, to enjoy a romantic meal for two.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, to prepare a meal or hearty breakfast. Heading upstairs to the first floor, is a light bathroom with shower over bath, to enjoy a soak at the end of a busy day, and WC. The bedroom has a double bed, perfect to get a good night’s rest before a day of exploring.

Heading outside the property you will find a lovely courtyard with seating and table to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining in the evening. There is a garage for storing bikes, and is an ideal place to clean the dog after a long walk. There is off-road parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
