Yarm Cottages

Yarm Cottages are fully serviced, self-catering properties set in mature gardens just one mile from the centre of Yarm. With six individual cottages, all beautifully appointed, they offer spacious accommodation for 2 – 6 people in each property. Ideal for both leisure and business visitors, Yarm Cottages are located within easy reach of many tourist attractions including the historic towns of York and Durham. The North Yorkshire Moors and the coast are also within easy reach as is the industrial heart of Teesside. Set in over four acres of gardens, the cottages are quiet, private and well away from the road offering a peaceful stay for all our guests. Ample parking on site is provided for each cottage, and there are safe, car-free areas for children to run around in. In the summer we keep pet sheep and chickens and guests are welcome to visit and feed them. Inside the self-catering cottages an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture combines to make the accommodation in each property distinctive. Equipped to the highest standards you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the accommodation has gas central heating and constant hot water. The kitchens are equipped with conventional and microwave cookers, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, fridge/freezer, plus all the usual small electrical appliances you´ll need. The sitting rooms have multi-channel LCD TVs, DVD players and radio/CD players. The furnishings and decoration are of a high standard and are well maintained at all times. Free WiFi is provided. The weekly rates for each property are fully inclusive of all utilities, weekly laundry and cleaning. Hosts Geoff and Janice live on site and are on hand to help ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay.
