Yarm Guest House carried out an amazing conversion of all the bedrooms into double rooms which includes 2 triple rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. These rooms can be occupied by single or double occupancy.

In addition a ‘Jack & Jill’ type development between 2 adjoining rooms has been completed so that a 4 or 5 person family can occupy both rooms as one large room with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order & free wifi is available throughout the guest house.
