To achieve the goals of a high value, low carbon, diverse and inclusive economy, an effective strategic infrastructure is crucial.
Infrastructure plays a key role in stimulating and supporting investment and economic growth. Businesses need effective and efficient infrastructure to integrate them with the local area and regional, national and international markets. Good infrastructure allows businesses to connect to people, goods, services and information that they rely on for their business.
For these reasons, Tees Valley Combined Authority have partnered up with some key infrastructure providers, local authorities and other stakeholders to develop the Tees Valley Strategic Infrastructure Plan. The plan is an evolving document that sets out the strengths, barriers to growth and priorities of the Tees Valley Infrastructure.
