T Levels (Level 3) are technical based qualifications developed with employers and businesses that can lead to work, further training, or study.
Based on the same standards as apprenticeships, T Levels are a two-year qualification that directly meet the needs of industry. They include classroom-based learning and a 45-day work placement in the occupation or industry of your choice.
T Levels are equivalent to three A Levels and graded as a pass, merit, distinction or distinction*.
You normally need five GCSEs at grades nine to four, including English and maths. This may vary across different colleges, so it is important to check first.
Students who don’t have a minimum standard in maths and English will need to achieve these while completing the qualification.
