Public consultation on this draft Design Code has now closed to responses.

Thank you to anyone who submitted feedback on the Design Code – a delivery tool intended to proactively plan for better design, investing resources upfront to help streamline later processes.

These comments are now being considered and the final document will be put to the Hartlepool Development Corporation Board on 23 October.
