TVCA has launched a procurement opportunity for the delivery of Adult Skills from 1 August 2025.
This will be funded via the Adult Skills Fund and the Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs.
This is a one-year “Call Off” (1 August 2025 -31 July 2026) and is open to those providers who are on the existing Skills Framework.
For further details and to access the full Call Off Specification, including the timescales for submission, providers on the Skills Framework will need to access their Proactis account.

If the postcode is not recognised, it will by default say ‘no’.
