The Audit & Governance Committee meets three times a year and additional meetings may be called at other times if required. Agendas and papers for all formal meetings are published 5 clear working days before the meeting. Draft minutes are published within 10 working days of a meeting (they are subject to change until approved at the following meeting). Final minutes are published within 10 clear working days of being approved.

Unfortunately, this meeting was inquorate due to an insufficient number of members being present.
The Chair formally opened the meeting and advised that there was a need for the meeting to be rearranged since no formal decisions could be taken. The Chair then formally closed the meeting.
