Tom Bryant
TVCA Chief Executive
Tom previously held the role Director of Infrastructure at Tees Valley Combined Authority overseeing transport, digital and investment development.
Tom has extensive experience across the public sector shaping policy and delivery across a wide range of agendas. He has more than 20 years of experience in Local Government.
He joined the TVCA in 2019 as Head of Transport and has held responsibility for delivering a £1.5 billion transport programme to transform the Tees Valley’s transport system.
Tom has also led teams working to position the Tees Valley at the forefront of the digital revolution and delivering transformational projects to revitalise town centres, secure inward investment and create high-quality jobs.
