Overview

Durham Lane Industrial Park is a strategic employment site and is home to major UK and Global boasting occupiers including Marshalls Plc, NIFCO and TATA Beverages. Its transport links are exceptional with Teesside International Airport being only 3 miles from Durham Lane and the A66 being 1.5 miles to the north connecting both the A19 and A1. Eaglescliffe Railway Station is immediately adjacent to the site on the Grand Central line to London, which also offers direct services to Darlington, Stockton and surrounding conurbations.

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are looking to create a high-quality logistics and industrial park working in partnership with Rula Developments (subject to contract) incorporating market-leading design and sustainability while delivering job creation, inclusive growth, and amenity improvements to the area. Works are also ongoing to provide access and transportation hub to the western side of Eaglescliffe station, alongside infrastructure enabling works to unlock development parcels and bring power into the site in a phased manner.

There are opportunities on 54 acres of development land for rental, purchase or funding of development with the indicative masterplan showing a range of unit sizes between 20,00sqft and 350,000sqft.
