Golf Week

Thank you for your interest in Golf Week. We know how popular this event is, and we’re over the moon so many people are excited about it. It plays a key role in our ambitions to boost tourism and visitor numbers, as well as making our region an even more interesting place for local people.

Hartlepool Borough Council and Redcar & Cleveland Council have ran Golf Week for a number of years now and Tees Valley Combined Authority are working with them and constantly examining how the event can be improved to make it as good as it can be and, with that, it is vital we now take stock to understand.

We are currently undertaking a major review of our Golf offer across Tees Valley to give it a huge boost and make it even more central to our plans. This does, unfortunately, mean we have to pause Golf Week this year while we engage with the sector to better plan how we can deliver major competitions, events and more. But don’t worry, it will be back with a bang next year.

To be the first to hear about the progress we’re making on a bigger and better Golf Week 2025, please sign up at the link here.

Thank you for your continued support – we’re as excited as you to get back on the green next year!
