Celebrated Orangery chef Paul Nicholson has a passion for premium ingredients that look good, taste good and that are good for you – with some indulgence too! Each night Paul takes guests on a unique journey of textures, temperatures and tastes with his carefully crafted tasting menu experience, bespoke to any dietary requirements, where every dish tells its own story.

Afternoon Tea is also served daily in the Old Hall of the hotel between 12.30pm and 3.30pm, subject to availability. Traditional or with a twist, delicious sandwiches and elegant sweet treats are the perfect pairing for an afternoon brew. Special occasions may call for the addition of a chilled glass of Champagne. If the afternoon tea itself isn’t enough of a draw, taking in the magnificent surroundings of the Orangery is an experience in itself.
