The Teesdale Way Walking Route

The Teesdale Way is a long-distance walking route that takes you on a stunning journey from the rugged hills of the North Pennines through Tees Valley to the sandy beaches of the North Sea. Spanning 92 miles, this trail offers an unforgettable exploration of the North East of England.

Starting Point: The trail begins in the charming Cumbrian village of Dufton, nestled in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Ending Point: The route concludes at the picturesque beaches of Redcar & Cleveland, where the River Tees meets the North Sea.
